And no, the terms “women entrepreneurs,” and “taking care of themselves” are not oxymorons.

Thankfully Tanessa is here to walk us through how we can make some small changes that make big improvements in our health, productivity, and profitability. And no, Tanessa is not some free-wheeling gal with no responsibilities, she’s married, has her own successful business, and two young children at home. So, she gets us!
