I hear so much talk these days about how the economy is changing. Most of the time, people talk about this like something’s wrong. Truth is that the economy is always changing and just because it’s shifting doesn’t mean something is wrong. It just means that it’s another season.  

Instead, we need to be worried if we’re feeling like the economy is not changing. That’s when you should be suspicious that something is wrong because if you think the economy is not changing and you’re not adapting to those changes, then there really is something wrong and you’re likely missing the boat on what’s happening with your clients and your business.
