It’s so easy for us to see all the things about our business, our marketing, and ourselves that are going wrong, not enough, or missing. This awareness can be helpful but what we so often do from there is personalize it, make it mean there’s something wrong with us personally and focus on where we’re lacking.

We focus on the lack. And with our focus on what we're lacking, we never will create the improvements and abundance that we want to.
