Yes, on my podcast I spend much of our time together talking about how women do business, but this week’s episode is a little different. We’re talking about sports and my favorite group of Men, the Stanley Cup Champion Colorado Avalanche (Avs) ice hockey team.

If you know me at all, you know I’m a huge fan of the game, watching it and playing it (on a women’s team called the Hot Flashes)!

But what I learned from these guys about being resilient, elite athletes from watching them over the last five years go from last place in the League to winning the most elusive trophy in sports, I think we can all apply to our journeys as entrepreneurs building elite level businesses.
