Come for a walk with me around Savannah, Georgia where I was recently visiting to meet with my business coach and mastermind. I wanted to bring you in on what I was thinking about during the days I was with my coach and mastermind. 

Getting to meet with my coach and mastermind sisters is always like a ‘coming home,’ a safe space where I get to be completely myself - talk about my business, money, motherhood, relationships - all of it, with a group of women that can always relate in one way or another. 

It all got me thinking about how having a safe space and feeling safe is such an important part of growing a business and scaling up. When we’re feeling safe in our businesses, and trusting ourselves to have our own back, we can go bigger, take up more space, take risks, set big goals, even fail and know we’re going to be okay. It creates a space where we are able to take a stand for our mission and be more honest and authentic with our audience. 

But how do we create safety? That’s what I’m discussing during our walk around Savannah on this week’s episode. Enjoy!
