Thinking back to the first time I got branding photos taken, in 2019, I remember I was so uncomfortable and nervous. Having the attention on me felt so vulnerable. I think I was shivering and sweating at the same time. Thankfully the photos came out beautifully but I'll never forget how nervous I was! 

I learned from that experience how deeply we as women are socialized to stay small, stay quiet, and stay hidden. That experience was part of a larger journey for me to own my worth, my value, and come forward out of the shadows and fully show up in my life, in my business, and in my full power. It's a journey that continues to this day.
