One of the biggest barriers that I see for women in committing to building the business, the lifestyle, and the impact they really want is thinking that they will have to sacrifice their lives, well-being, relationships to get it. So, many settle for a half-assed business because they are afraid of what anything bigger may entail.

This thinking is so pervasive in our culture and affects women particularly hard and keeps us small because it is often women that household responsibilities fall upon...plus, we are much less likely, statistically, to choose to create a business just for the money, we more often than not want the passion and purpose there too.
